Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how PJM Apps Ltd (“PJM Apps”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data across our studio — this website and the apps we build. We design for privacy first: we collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Who we are

PJM Apps Ltd is an independent app studio registered in Scotland, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for this website and for the apps we publish. You can reach us any time at hello@pjmapps.com.

This website

This website (pjmapps.com) is a simple, static information page. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising. We do not collect any personal data when you browse it. The only data we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, if you email us using a link on the site.

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which, like most web hosts, may automatically log standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Google’s privacy practices apply to that infrastructure.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy describing exactly what that app collects and why, because data practices differ from app to app. Please read the policy for the specific app you use:

Across all our apps we follow the same principles: we only collect data needed to provide the app’s features, we never sell or rent your data, and we never share it for third-party advertising.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to respond to you and keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run our studio and apps, including Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, storage, and notifications) and Google Gemini (AI features within certain apps). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Details specific to each app are in that app’s privacy policy.

Data storage & security

Where our apps store your data, it is held securely in Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, and protected by access rules so that only you can reach your own data.

Your rights (UK GDPR / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@pjmapps.com. In most of our apps you can also delete your account and all associated data yourself from within the app.

Children

Our apps and this website are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and significant changes affecting an app will also be communicated within that app.
